Up late at night with my husband away, kids in bed and I'm not ready to sleep... what do I do? Make a card, of course! But where to begin? Well, I have devised a solution for just this problem... and tonight, it has totally paid off. The challenge I went with this time was a colour challenge, using the Stampin' Up! colours, Night of Navy, Basic Grey, Old Olive and Mango Melody.
Needing to make a thank-you card for a gorgeous customer/ friend who has just won my Autumn Prize (join my private facebook group, Simone's Snippers for your chance to win) I thought this was the perfect time to produce one of my April Challenge Cards.
Method
Starting with a Basic White Thick Card Base, 14.5 cm x 10.5 cm, scored down the centre and folded, I put that aside and moved on to the next step. With a Backing Board of Night of Navy, 14cm x 10cm cut and ready to go, I also prepare the Basic White Card, 13.5cm x 9.5cm. This is where the real fun starts! See video below for full instructions.
